Sun D3 Softgel delivers a high-potency dose of Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 60,000 IU, providing an easily absorbable form to quickly restore and maintain optimal vitamin D levels in the body. Beyond significantly reducing fracture risks in older adults aged over 65, it plays a broader systemic role by improving insulin secretion and sensitivity to assist in blood sugar regulation, as well as suppressing parathyroid hormone (PTH) and renin to help reduce blood pressure and arrythmias. For effective therapeutic correction of deficiency, the recommended regimen is 60,000 IU once weekly for 8 weeks, followed by a maintenance dosage of 60,000 IU once monthly.
