Marvelax Syrup is a synergistic triple-action laxative formulation containing Sodium Picosulfate (3.33 mg), Liquid Paraffin (1.25 mg), and Milk of Magnesia (3.75 mg), designed to provide comprehensive relief from acute and chronic constipation. Sodium Picosulfate acts as a stimulant laxative that promotes propulsive colonic contractions while preventing fluid reabsorption in the colonic lumen. Liquid Paraffin serves as a lubricant that softens hard stool to facilitate smooth, painless evacuation, while Milk of Magnesia acts as a trusted osmotic agent to draw water into the intestine, increasing stool bulk.
