Macminic LS

Macminic-LS Syrup is a fast-acting expectorant and bronchodilator formulation designed to provide effective relief from productive cough and respiratory congestion. Enriched with Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol, and Guaiphenesin, it helps liquefy thick mucus, promotes easy sputum expulsion, and improves airflow by increasing FEV1. The use of Levosalbutamol instead of salbutamol offers effective bronchodilation with fewer cardiac side effects. It supports mucus clearance, loosens phlegm, and enhances lung lubrication, making it beneficial in managing bronchitis, COPD, emphysema, asthma, and bronchiectasis.

Also available as Macminic-LS Drops, containing Ambroxol HCl 7.5 mg, Levosalbutamol 0.25 mg, and Guaiphenesin 12.5 mg per dose.
